Most of our profiles have suitable components such as end caps for bottom rails, side cover and brackets for cassette, clutch system for tubes and so on.
Normally we can do 3 meter to 7 meters for powder coating, and cut to any sizes you want.
MOQ 300 per item to help you try the market from small quantity.
Free samples can be sent by freight collect.
Customization
We have designer team and mould department to help you make your design into real products. Just need to send us detail drawing or physical samples to check and open moulds.
Open new mould takes 10days.
Moulds for aluminum profiles usually cost around $150-$500 each, for some big items will cost more.
Delivery
Mass production takes about 20-25days.
Payment
30% TT as deposit, 70% balance before loading.
Trade term
We can do EXW, FOB Foshan/Guangzhou/Shenzhen Port, and CIF term.
